TMS Coordinator
The go to for operations at TMS of Central Florida, Sandi keeps everything running smoothly – from the hiring and training of the practice’s TMS care team technicians to working one-on-one with TMS patients and the care teams.
Sandi has a deep understanding of insurance plans and providers, and is instrumental in helping patients get started with TMS, especially when it comes to navigating the insurance claims process. Sandi supports TMS patients throughout their entire journey – from pre-qualification and verifying insurance benefits, to coordinating treatments with the care team and performing TMS treatments. She also walks alongside patients as their main point of contact monitoring their care and progress.
