A Personalized Approach to TMS
Located in Brandon, TMS of Central Florida is the only Neurostar provider of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy – a safe and effective treatment that gets to the source of your depression.
Owned and operated by two of the most prominent psychiatrists in the area, Charles Devine, M.D. and Tory Noonan, M.D., comprehensive NeuroStar TMS care is all we do.
While there are many effective treatments for depression, traditional approaches such as antidepressants and psychotherapy do not work for everyone, and some patients are resistant to therapy for some reason or another.
After working with patients with major depressive disorder for more than 20 years, and completing extensive research into NeuroStar TMS, Drs. Devine and Noonan have dedicated the practice of TMS of Central Florida exclusively to this cutting edge treatment.

All TMS procedures are performed in our office under the supervision of a licensed psychiatrist and a dedicated care team so you are never alone in your treatment journey. We hold your hand every step of the way.
“Most of my patients are amazed at the results and that means the world to all of us here at TMS.”
-Dr. Charles Devine, M.D.
Since TMS is all we do, our care team works very closely with other psychiatrists and primary care doctors already supervising your mental health care.
In fact, many of our patients continue psychotherapy and medication management under another doctor’s care while receiving TMS therapy.
What is NeuroStar TMS Therapy?
NeuroStar is a noninvasive, outpatient treatment that takes as little as 19 minutes per day.
During each session, a cushioned coil is precisely placed against your head while magnetic pulses deliver the therapy to the correct location that regulates mood in your brain. You may feel a tapping, tingling, or warming sensation where the coil is positioned. This is temporary and typically subsides with subsequent treatments. No sedation is required and you may resume regular activities immediately afterward.
